Support & Tools
Training, coaching or consultancy programmes do not just depend on the quality of the individual partners.
The support that these people can rely on also determines the ultimate success of the collaboration.
Gear has always invested in a strong and progressive structure, both in terms of human capacity and technical support.
Gear has a number of online tools to support our projects at our customers.
aNewSpring: Gear has chosen this LMS because of the system’s virtually unlimited flexibility. It is a fully-fledged Learning Management System on which both short-term and long-term development programmes can be placed. Development programmes are becoming increasingly individual, efficient and permanent. With aNewSpring Gear is able to stay on top of these three trends.
Project Management Online (PMO): This tool allows projects implemented at various dealers to be managed and monitored centrally. For each dealer a project-specific analysis can be carried out, project objectives can be defined and there is a dynamic action plan that can be tracked by all concerned. It is a simple but very efficient tool that eliminates surplus emails and Excel files.
Gearious: This platform allows us to send out and process surveys, questionnaires, 360° analyses and the like, digitally. The information thus collected is often very important for the customised service that we aim to deliver.
Learning Process Online (LPO) can be regarded as a simplified LMS. It allows us to plan and monitor clear development programmes easily. Participants are able to find content quickly and to manage their programme efficiently. The customer can always keep track of the progress of the various participants.
There is often a lot of organisation involved in a training or coaching programme. Customers are increasingly outsourcing for various reasons.
Gear has four full-time experts on its staff who take on these all-important assignments. They draw up the plan in a transparent and proactive manner, handle communications with the dealers, follow up on everything administratively, and are available at all times to review the current state of affairs. To this purpose they use a Project Management System (AFAS) that allows a number of steps to be performed entirely digitally. This team is one of Gear’s main assets: a crew of consultants, trainers and coaches is twice as strong with an empowering and stable team behind it.
Gear itself has highly functional and comfortable accommodation for all its services.
There are two fully equipped and connected training rooms, and various interview rooms. Our reception area and cafeteria are very pleasantly furnished and we provide soft drinks, and excellent coffee and tea
